Ottawa, ON – The CCHL announced on Tuesday, the Week 8 CCM Player of the Week, with Jr. Senators goaltender Felix Schnell being named an honourable mention for his performances.
The Orléans native recorded a pair of wins over Smiths Falls last Wednesday and his first CCHL shutout on Saturday against Cornwall. Schnell stopped 17 of 19 in a 4-2 Wednesday, then all 13 in a clean sheet on Saturday.
